CHECK IN

Plan on having lunch before you check in to camp or bring lunch with you. The first meal served at camp will be dinner!

Camper check in will start at 12:15  on the first day of camp.

Overnight Campers: should check in between 12:15 -1:30

Day Campers: should check in between 12:45-1:30

Day Campers:The remaining three days of camp, day campers will meet the EW camp staff for check in at dorm at 8:30 AM.

Day campers: will be checked out each evening by a EW staff member after the last training session.

CHECK OUT

All campers will be able to check out of camp after the last session on the last day of camp. 11:15 AM. Overnight campers will be required to pass a room inspection before departure.

Deviations 

If changes need to be made (leaving early, etc.) please see the camp director (Bill) to make the necessary arrangements. The earlier we know there will be a change in  your schedule,  the better able we are to assist you.
